The Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools is carried out on behalf of the government by the Worcester Diocese under Section 48 of the Education Act 2005. As an Academy, we were inspected in October 2016 and our report is available to download below.

The Carnegie Centre of Excellence for Mental Health in Schools

The Department for Education recognises the direct link between positive mental health in schools and successful educational outcomes; the Mental Health Award for Schools builds on this link and provides a framework for educational institutions to evidence policies and initiatives that work towards improving emotional health and wellbeing for both staff and pupils.  To achieve the award, the school was assessed against 8 strands; Leadership and Strategy, Structure and Culture (staff), Structure and Culture (pupils), Staff Professional Development and Learning, Working with Parents and Carers and Working with External Services.

Following assessment, Bengeworth CE Academy was awarded the Carnegie Mental Health Gold Award.  Our report is available to download below.

Challenge Partners Quality Assurance Review

As a Hub Lead within the Challenge Partners national network of schools, we take part in an annual external Quality Assurance Review process which is an important part of ongoing school development work. In return for the QA Review report, we contribute the time and expertise of our own school leaders to support inspection teams in reviewing other schools around the country. Inclusion Quality Mark

Inclusion Quality Mark provides schools with a nationally recognised framework to guide the quality of their provision. The IQM team undertake a 2-day assessment in the school and provide a report to help schools evaluate and measure how they are performing; empowering them to improve and grow.
