At The Nursery at Bengeworth, we use a Key Person approach to ensure that every child feels valued, supported, and cared for throughout their time with us. Each child is assigned a dedicated staff member, their key person, who will be the main point of contact for both you and your child.

Your child’s Key Person will support you and your child in the following ways:

• Assisting with a smooth settling-in process when your child first arrives at nursery.
• Addressing any questions or concerns you may have.
• Observing your child’s play and providing tailored resources and activities to enhance their learning.
• Encouraging the development of independent skills, such as putting on their own shoes and coat.
• Sharing updates on your child’s learning and progress through Seesaw, so you can celebrate their achievements together.

We believe that this personal approach helps build a strong relationship between your child, their Key Person, and you, fostering a positive and supportive environment for your child's growth and development.
